Fill it for every borrower
Upload Form 4506-C once. The borrower’s name, SSN and address fill from their record, and your IVES participant details can be a column in your CSV or saved on each record. Import a pipeline of borrowers from a CSV and BoltPDF fills one form per row, downloaded together as a ZIP.
Signed without the back-and-forth
Send each borrower their filled form as a request that asks for a signature. They confirm their email with a code, check the details and sign; a co-borrower or spouse can sign after them as a co-signer. You get the signed PDF with a certificate of who signed and when, and when the request has a due date, BoltPDF emails reminders to borrowers who haven’t signed.
